The office floor plan used to live in a spreadsheet. Window-Works turns it into an interactive map with color-coded departments, badges for free, occupied and kiosk desks, and a detail view for every seat showing who sits there and any notes.
Staff type their name to find their current desk, with no account or approval needed, and can claim any free desk, which automatically ends their previous assignment for the day. Admins get a visual layout editor: select a group of cells, assign a department, override colors or notes, and record temporary or permanent desk and work-from-home assignments.
